1. Unacceptable refund conditions:

Unsupportable systems
Unsuccessful format recovery due to formatting for twice previously
Unsuccessful data recovery due to covered or re-written files
Unsuccessful data recovery after data pulverization and destruction
Unsuccessful data recovery due to physically damaged drives or hard disks
Unsuccessful partition and data recovery due to two adjacent lost partitions
Unauthorized credit card use.

Unusable functions clearly mentioned in the product descriptions
