Submit Help Request

I cannot find where to put my license name or license code. When i click on register it gives me an authorization number (already programed in there and cannot be changed) and when i put my license number in the registration spot it gives me a message that says invalid resistration code. Please help me install my purchased software. My order number is 1267372172-14083-987731.
