MY WEB CAM HAS DISAPPEARED AND IT IS BUILT IN WHERE ARE THE FILES? HOW DO I RETRIEVE IT BACK

It seems you sell something that doesnt work!!!! I have the same problem as Diane and Tony-When i click on register it gives an authorization number already programed and not to be changed and with my license number in the registration spot it says invalid registration code. You took 50euros of me and the only answer i get is your not in office between the 7th and 12th feb.because of the chinese new year! Well ist the 1st of May and i want the code Now! I just purchased 'wGXe Data Recovery'. My order number is 1272162675-32297-578082. The key provided shows as invalid when trying to register. The number entered was copied and pasted, and verified as correct. This is the same issue described by Dianna Snyder 2010-2-28 in your answers column below, however there are no answers given to this, or any of the questions.
